About us
Angelic Assistance Community Care is a community based, 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This organization was birthed from a place of personal desire, passion and commitment to serve the under privileged and underserved population of our community particularly the migrant, refugee and low- income communities.
Angelic Assistance encourage community advocacy and outreach to meet the social needs of the underserved individual, family and community. We provide educational services, housing rehabilitation and development, promote sustainable human development through economic empowerment and development.

AACC’s mission is to strengthen, advance, rebuild, revitalize, promote and develop individuals, families, and communities through advocacy, collaboration, empowerment and development, training, organizing and sourcing, and leveraging resources.
Vision
AACC’s vision is to be a major actor in the State of Wisconsin actively involved in fostering and advancing economic empowerment and development thereby creating economic stability, sustainable wealth and self-sufficiency in our communities.

Housing Rehabilitation and Redevelopment
We will partner with established developers through participation in Low Income Housing Tax Credits programs and New Market tax credits to develop quality, affordable rental housing that provides a good quality of life for the residents. We provide safe and affordable transitional housing to low-income families. We also rehabilitate and sell such properties to promote home ownership as a means of wealth creation in our communities.
Economic Empowerment, Training and Development
In collaboration with experienced Trainers, we offer educational services, literacy initiatives, language training, skills acquisition training. We also offer an array of financial services that will assist in developing financial literacy. Services include budget and debt counselling, financial education, debt and cash flow management, as well as Asset and Capacity Building Programs.
Immigrants and Refugee Resettlement Services
We strive to empower immigrant and refugee families to integrate into the wider community. Our goal is fill in the gaps, building partnerships with other refugee and immigrant organizations to help the families attain self-sufficiency. We connect refugees, immigrants with quality and accessible programs that equip them with the tools they need to integrate and settle in the community. We assist them to build social ties and develop strong economic, social, cultural and civic networks.
Health and Wellness
We collaborate with healthcare providers to promote health and wellness programs and provide resources to assist with a healthy living lifestyle and promote healthy food choices to participants.
Recently, the organization, as a State Grantee is actively involved in promoting education and increasing the uptake of Covid-19 vaccination among high risk and underserved populations including racial and ethnic minority populations in our community.
